Shipping Policy

Please note: No deliveries or collections will be processed between 24 December and 9 January

The items in your shopping cart reflect what you have chosen to purchase.

For products that are in stock, we typically dispatch orders within two business days after payment is received. If there are any unexpected delays, we’ll get in touch with you directly.

If an item is out of stock, it will be made to order. In these cases, please allow up to three weeks for production before the item is shipped.

All orders are dispatched from New Zealand. Deliveries within New Zealand are sent via NZ Post, with tracking provided. A signature is required on delivery, so we recommend using a work address if no one will be home. Once shipped, your order should arrive within 1–3 business days, depending on your location.

If you choose the pick-up option, your order will usually be ready within one business day. Once it’s ready, a team member will either call or email you to confirm that your item is available for collection.

All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD), and all orders are dispatched in New Zealand, for New Zealand only. We do not ship internationally.
