The items in your shopping cart reflect what you have chosen to purchase.
For products that are in stock, we typically dispatch orders within two business days after payment is received. If there are any unexpected delays, we’ll get in touch with you directly.
If an item is out of stock, it will be made to order. In these cases, please allow up to three weeks for production before the item is shipped.
All orders are dispatched from New Zealand. Deliveries within New Zealand are sent via CourierPost, with tracking provided. A signature is required on delivery, so we recommend using a work address if no one will be home. Once shipped, your order should arrive within 1–3 business days, depending on your location.
For international orders, most packages are expected to arrive within 1–2 weeks after you receive your tracking number. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
Click and Collect
If you choose the pick-up option, your order will usually be ready within one business day. Once it’s ready, a team member will either call or email you to confirm that your item is available for collection.
Please wait for this confirmation before coming to collect your order to avoid any inconvenience.
Payment
All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD), and all orders are dispatched from New Zealand.
For international customers, please be aware that your order may be subject to local taxes, customs duties, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the purchaser.
