Prices include GST where applicable unless otherwise stated.

Custom-made jewellery prices are based on the specifications provided at the time of quotation.

A deposit of 50% may be required before work commences on custom-made or special-order items.

Full payment is required prior to collection, delivery, or transfer of ownership unless alternative arrangements have been agreed to in writing.

Late payments may incur interest charges and debt recovery costs.

Custom-designed, personalised, engraved, resized, or specially ordered items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless found to be defective.

Changes requested after production has commenced may result in additional charges and revised delivery times.

Estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith and are subject to supplier availability and manufacturing schedules.

The seller shall not be liable for delays beyond its reasonable control.

Risk in the goods passes to the purchaser upon collection or delivery.

Ownership of all goods remains with the seller until payment has been received in full and cleared funds are confirmed.

Returns and exchanges are subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Proof of purchase is required for all returns, exchanges, warranty claims, or repairs.

Items showing signs of misuse, accidental damage, alteration, or unauthorised repair may not qualify for return or warranty service.

Manufacturing defects reported within twelve (12) months of purchase will be assessed and repaired or replaced at the seller's discretion.

Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, loss of stones, improper care, and damage caused by third parties are excluded from warranty coverage.

Natural gemstones may contain inclusions and exhibit variations in colour, clarity, and appearance.

Precious metal weights and gemstone sizes are approximate unless otherwise specified.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the seller's liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods supplied.

The seller shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of the goods.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable consumer protection legislation.

Acceptance of a quotation, placement of an order, or payment of an invoice constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
