All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST (Goods and Services Tax), where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.
International orders may be subject to additional customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Orders

Shipping & Delivery

Online Orders: In-stock items are typically dispatched within two business days upon payment confirmation. Custom or made-to-order items may take up to three weeks before dispatch.

Domestic Shipping: We ship within New Zealand using tracked CourierPost services. Deliveries typically arrive within 1–3 working days depending on location. Items require a signature upon delivery.

International Shipping: Most items are delivered within 1–2 weeks after dispatch. Shipping times may vary depending on destination.

Click & Collect: You may collect your order from our St Heliers store. Orders are generally ready for collection within one business day. You will be contacted via email or phone once your order is ready.

Holiday Closure: No deliveries or collections will be made between 24 December and 9 January.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. We offer a 12-month warranty on manufacturing faults.

All Sales Are Final: We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, or price differences elsewhere.

Custom and Made-to-Order Pieces: These items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. We ensure customer approval before production to guarantee satisfaction.
This warranty does not cover:

Repairs outside of the warranty may incur a fee.
Repairs
We offer repair services on existing jewellery; however, we cannot guarantee the outcome, especially on older or previously worn pieces. Repairs are done at the customer's risk, and potential issues will be communicated prior to commencement.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to our website.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be handled by the relevant courts in New Zealand.
