Important Information About Luxury Watch Brands
Some luxury watch manufacturers have strict servicing requirements to protect the quality, authenticity, and warranty of their timepieces.

Rolex watches are serviced exclusively through authorised Rolex service centres. For this reason, we do not accept Rolex watches for repair or servicing and recommend contacting an authorised Rolex retailer or service centre directly.

Similarly, some Swiss-made watch brands require repairs and servicing to be carried out by manufacturer-approved service centres in New Zealand. These brands often restrict access to genuine replacement parts and specialised servicing equipment to authorised workshops only.

If your watch falls into this category, we'll be happy to advise you and recommend the appropriate authorised service centre.
Our priority is ensuring every watch receives the correct care from the most qualified professionals, even if that means referring you to a manufacturer-approved service provider.
Our Watch Repair Process
Every watch is unique, and the cause of a problem isn't always immediately obvious. For this reason, we recommend bringing your watch into our store so we can arrange a professional assessment.

Initial Assessment
We'll examine your watch and discuss the problem you're experiencing before arranging for a specialist assessment if required.

Professional Quote
Your watch is assessed by our trusted watchmaker, who will determine the cause of the problem and provide a repair quote. Please allow up to two weeks for the assessment and quotation process.

Approval Before Repairs
No repair work is carried out until you've approved the quotation. This ensures you know exactly what work is recommended and the associated cost before proceeding.

Repair & Parts Ordering
Once approved, any required replacement parts are ordered and the repair is completed. Repair times vary depending on the complexity of the work and the availability of parts, particularly for older or international watch brands.

Collection
We'll contact you as soon as your watch is ready to be collected.
